Knowledge is Wealth!

Yesterday we got a very important letter in the mail. It informed us that the Prepaid College Fund for Peanut has been paid off. In Florida this program is excellent and we wouldn’t have known about it except by reading the financial section of our newspaper. You see the year we signed up for it was the year they were making major changes to it. The year that you’d need to pay a lot more money if you signed up later on.

Knowing about saving and making money is so important to growing families, especially middle class families. I’d love to be able to attend The Weath Expo sponsored by MyWallSt.net: Your Financial Social Network. It is being held in New York City Oct 19-Oct 21, 2007.

There are a many speakers and seminars available. I’d love to attend “How to Get FREE Grant Money for ANY Business, including $50,000+ for Your Real Estate or Foreclosure Business – NOW!” by The Power of Grant Money. Since Hubby and I have a small home based business it would be very helpful to know how to expand our business on grants, which you don’t have to pay back. Now that sounds like something we really need to know.

Friday, 10/19: 1 p.m.-6:30 p.m. EDT w/ a cocktail hour to follow

Saturday, 10/20: 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. EDT w/ a cocktail hour to follow

Sunday, 10/21: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. EDT (no cocktail hour)

Maybe I can ask some of my family from New York to attend the Wealth Expo for me and take notes. This way all of us can share the money tips we learn and have a family reunion with our investment earnings!
