Tired all of the time. No matter what I do I’m tired. I sleep 8 – 9 hours a night, take a short nap in the early afternoon, drink some caffine (tea usually) in the morning and get a B-12 shot every 2 weeks.
I have an 8 year old that has the energy of two sugar high kiddos. I want a life where I’m not trying to focus on conversations, yawning all the time, feeling like I’m going to fall asleep at the wheel or forget that the stove is on.
These autoimmune diseases are enough to kick butt. And they’re kicking mine lately.

I could suggest some positives in your life, but I wouldn’t… Sometimes our frustration in dealing with chronic illness could not disappear just by pointing out positives in life.
All I can do for you now is to let you know I understand how you are feeling and sending you cyber hugs. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

My prayers are with you, hon! Mic
Thanks for the huggs and prayers. I need ‘em. Just having a down day but trying to focus on the positives of which there are so many.
I hope you feel better soon. Being tired all the time is no fun. I sleep a lot too, 8 or 9 or even 10 hours a night. I love to sleep, though. I hate getting up early in the morning, which I do for work.
I sure can identify with the feeling of needing to just rest and be quiet and find some peace and healing. I cannot imagine adding an eight year old into the mix. My heart goes out to you.
Peace, love and understanding!~
