I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.
Life is Just a Dream
April 21st, 2007 by Connie RobertsI had one of those dreams last night, actually early morning where I din’t want to wake up. It was one of the best. I know hearing about other people’s dreams can be like torture so I’ll keep it short. I was walking on the beach, with the waves just touching my pedicured feet (hah!). I was tan (double hah!) and wearing one of those long flowing dresses that beautiful tan women with pedicures on the beach wear…
I felt so alive, so happy, so carefreee. No worries about sunscreen, or getting weak in the heat. I was so into my dream that when Peanut came in my room I almost jumped out of my (tanned) skin.
Then it was back to reality. Fair, rosacea skin. No pedicure, calluses on my feet and work to get done in the office. But hey it’s life and I’m happy for it.
